Never buy again

Comprei uma pizza doce e esqueceram de colocar ingredientes nela. Conversei no privado com alguem da pizzaria e achei o tratamento ruim. Eles pediram desculpas mas não ofereceram o reembolso pela pizza que estava ruim e nem trazer outra. Tentava ligar e eles nao me atendiam. Alguem veio no chat do facebook falar comigo e nao achei ele receptivo para resolver o problema, no final da conversa ele falou que me faria o reembolso. Fui ontem buscar meu dinheiro e nem falaram nada, Estou com a certeza de que como cliente nunca mais compro. I bought a sweet pizza and forgot to put ingredients in it. I talked privately with someone from the pizza shop and found the treatment bad. They apologized but did not offer the refund for the pizza which was bad and would not bring another. I was trying to call and they did not answer me. Someone came in the Facebook chat with me and I did not find him receptive to solve the problem, at the end of the conversation he said he would do the refund. I went yesterday to get my money and they did not say anything, I'm sure that as a customer, I never buy it again.
